    Our signature class. slow paced. focusing on pristine form, pilates principles, breath control, alignment, and deep core activation.

    Props and weights may be used to intensify the isolating movements in this flow while maintaining fast paced transitions from one exercise to the next.

    A targeted class that zeroes in on your powerhouse and your peach. Through intentional sequencing, we’ll fire up your deep core muscles and sculpt strong, lifted glutes. Expect a mix of resistance, precision, and controlled movement that builds stability, strength, and shape where it matters most. Perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their foundation while creating tone and definition.

    This is an open level class with several modifications and progressions that allow you to personalize your pace

    A sculpting mat Pilates class using resistance bands and light weights to add intensity. This class targets the glutes, core, and arms while keeping the slow, controlled movement Pilates is known for.

  • xo, Classic- mat class

    This mat Pilates series is a full-body mat experience rooted in the original pilates method developed to strengthen the core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and create balanced body awareness through intentional movement.

Supporting the Autism Society of Texas is deeply personal to our XO family, inspired by our founder's son. We're committed to creating a more inclusive community while helping provide resources and opportunities for individuals with autism and those who love them.

Our signature (and most popular) Sapphire Smoothie was inspired by our founder's son and created with purpose. During Autism Acceptance Month, 50% of every Sapphire sold is donated to the Autism Society of Texas, with 15% of sales supporting their mission year-round
